We have an urgent requirement for the position of “Manager-Purchase” at Delhi for a worldwide base very reputed company.
Position:- Purchase Manager (Male). Preferred Industry Type Paper Manufacturing.
Qualification:- Graduate/ Post Graduate & Dip. In Material Management.
Experience:- 8-15 Years.
Location:- Delhi
Functional Area:- Sourcing & Purchasing/Vendor Development/ Coordination
Salary:- 40k to 50k

Interview:- First need updated resume and after short listing in very soon.

Job Description:- 

• Should be dealing in CAPEX material, Chemical, Electrical & Mechanical items/ Tools used in paper manufacturing process.
• Negotiating with suppliers for quality, cost, & deliveries.
• Compare and negotiate the prices of materials.
• Processing purchase requisitions, Day to day co-ordination with plant, raw material availability, production planning.
• Procurement of raw material, follow up with vendors for timely delivery and Transportation Management.
• Ensuring right material is received as per procurement and planning
• Developing New Venders as per new development.
• Maintain the suppliers quotation records.
• Keep a track record of order placed, and follow up for the material up to reach to the site in time.
• Negotiating the terms of credit with vendors as well as the cost of material required and preparing purchase orders, payment schedules etc. so as ensure smooth flow of inventory.
